A fantastic opportunity to buy a super flexible Koh Lanta property option, one with excellent scope and ROI moving forward.
Built in 2018, a great example of a contemporary sea view pool villa, facing Southwest across the stunning Kantiang Bay, towards Koh Haa and the Koh Rok Islands.
The main villa is accessed from the rear, with a large parking area, protected to a sliding gate.
The top floor offers a modern, living space which provides two en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan living / dining / kitchen area, plus a generous pool deck and private swimming pool all with a fantastic sea view across the Andaman Sea.
All materials used are modern, and easy to manage – Ideal for a rental property.
Downstairs, a fully self-contained apartment comprising of two large bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom with living room and Western kitchen – All with the same great ocean views to the Southwest across the bay.
Obviously, the villa and apartment can be rented together or independently, providing much needed flexibility. Of course, the owner can be in residence and rent the other section of the building, a great solution.
The properties already have a proven AirBnB history. Suggested NET incomes post covid should be in the region of 8-10% following all costs.
In addition to all the above, there is available additional vacant land available to purchase. Therefore, the new owner could build 3-4 new properties to grow the estate and to recoup the original investment.
The total additional land size is approx. 2,400 sqm; all is within a current and running Thai Limited Company, which is offered for sale. The share sale avoids various land office taxes and fees and is quick to facilitate.

Mostly to the South, you will come across Kantiang Bay, a stunning crescent of white sand largely taken up by medium & high end resorts, but always with plenty of room to find
